Wang Xueyuan, Ph.D., doctoral supervisor, Professor, postdoctoral of Harbin Institute of Technology, visiting scholar of Birmingham University, UK. Heilongjiang Provincial young academic backbone, top talents of the University, outstanding young academic backbone of the college. Peer review experts of National Natural Science and National Social Sciences, experts of Provincial National Economic and social development expert database, experts in provincial high-end talent pool. Review experts of Journal of environmental Management, system engineering theory and practice, China Science and Technology Forum and other domestic and foreign journal. Undertake over 14 subjects, including the youth program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the humanities and social sciences of the Ministry of education, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the provincial soft science, the Provincial Social Sciences, and participated in more than 30 programs. More than 90 academic papers have been published, more than 70 papers indexed by SCI, EI and CSSCI, and 8 papers collected or excerpted in the full text of human University copy materials and Xinhua digest. Won the second prize of provincial science and technology progress, the first prize of provincial social science, the outstanding achievement prize of scientific research of institutions of higher learning of the Ministry of education, the second prize of Provincial Social Science and other provincial and ministerial awards. Participated in providing more than 30 consultation reports for the administrative departments of Heilongjiang provincial government, obtained 2 provincial approvals.
